• Mandates have included:
• Negotiating the resolution of business and financial disputes, including acting as mediator,
• Accounting and auditing assignments
• Tax planning and other taxation matters, including negotiations with Canada Revenue Agency
• Estate planning, reorganizations and mergers, plus recommendations re. wills and other agreements
• Valuations for family law dispute resolution purposes
• Investigative accounting assignments
• Sundry management consultancy assignments, including structuring and negotiating sales of business, and the preparation of financing and restructuring proposals
• Acting as trustee and/or executor for testamentary and intervivos trusts

• Active in the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario, served on various committees including the Discipline Committee for over 15 years
